Day 1/30 Ripped in 30

Easing back into working out after getting over a really bad cold suuuccks!

Level 1 of RI30 was good though, just the thing I need to ease me back into exercising and prepare me to move onto a higher intensity workout like Insanity afterwards. Barre class tomorrow which I also missed dearly.

Starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow. Almost over this damn cold. I will work my way back up to Insanity yet. Let’s do this Jillian - I’m ready!

I decided to do

Ripped in 30

Then Insanity

With a combination of barre and jogging throughout

My friend borrowed the 30DS and isn’t finished up yet, but I’ve been reading Ripped in 30 reviews and I think this will be a great substitute. 

I’m super excited, I just want to get over this damn cold and get down to business!

Still sick. I’m getting winded just by walking so Insanity is still out of the question booo.

I’m actually thinking of starting 30 day shred to ease into Insanity after I recover. Hmmm…

So I got hit with a really nasty cold. Been in bed for the last few days.

Which means I haven’t done my Insanity workout since last week. I’m hoping to be 100% by this weekend so I’m wondering should I start where I left off or just restart Insanity (I was only two weeks in to begin with)?
