3 pounds gained. Not bad and I’m not upset or angry, I was on vacation and while it was not an invitation to go wild on food I just allowed myself to have what I wanted. I have tons of workout plans planned out for the next while and I’m so excited to get back into it!

The picture on the left is of me in May 2010, right before I graduated high school, and the picture on the right is of me in May 2014, about to graduate college.

I started off by jogging every night after class my freshman year of college, eventually working my way up to two half-marathons, in May 2012 and May 2013, respectively.

Before Weight: 250 lbs.

After Weight: 175 lbs.
