Easing back into working out after getting over a really bad cold suuuccks!
Level 1 of RI30 was good though, just the thing I need to ease me back into exercising and prepare me to move onto a higher intensity workout like Insanity afterwards. Barre class tomorrow which I also missed dearly.

With a combination of barre and jogging throughout
My friend borrowed the 30DS and isn’t finished up yet, but I’ve been reading Ripped in 30 reviews and I think this will be a great substitute.
I’m super excited, I just want to get over this damn cold and get down to business!
I’m actually thinking of starting 30 day shred to ease into Insanity after I recover. Hmmm…
Which means I haven’t done my Insanity workout since last week. I’m hoping to be 100% by this weekend so I’m wondering should I start where I left off or just restart Insanity (I was only two weeks in to begin with)?
